[EXO-Alliance] Sailor Iota Draconis b

Here's my second EXO-Alliance girl, Sailor Iota Draconis b. I actually had a few concepts for her, but they didn't really work out until tonight. Now, I have quite a few headcanons about her, including the planet's society and culture.

Firstly, the blue on her legs are ribbon-like 'tattoos'. Well, her people only have one natural tattoo/marking, wings on their back in their chosen colors. Her ribbons are a part of her senshi powers and become dragon tattoos in her attacks.
