[Angel Senshi] Guardian Cassiel Redesign

For Angel-Senshi to replace the original (two) versions of Cassiel already up. His profile can be found at   Guardian Cassiel ProfileCivilian Name/Name Used: Ulrich Goebel
Age: looks 19, is actually about as old as the Solar System (mainly Saturn)
Height: 5’9”
Build: Lean and not-quite muscular
Hair Color: White with a purple tint
Eye Color: Dark-violet
Sexuality: Demisexual (Gray-romantic)
Ulrich views almost everybody without any sort of attraction except on a superficial level and doesn’t pay any mind to appearance or gender/sex unless they happen to have a unique  characteristic that draws his eye also.
Personality: Ulrich is a silent person by nature, more likely to observe and listen than speak at all. When he does talk, though, he is extremely blunt and has next to no concern for how badly he may hurt people’s feelings since he’s never had experience handling people for a long time. Humanity is fascinating to him and he addresses humans very warmly (at least for him), though other angels get a standoffish look from him
and I'll be talking concept and design inspiration here.

So, first, I looked on wikipedia (specifically en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassiel ) to get a better idea of what Cassiel is the angel of besides Saturn. There, I found this interesting description of him.

Unlike many other angels, Cassiel is known for simply watching the events of the cosmos unfold with little interference. He is the angel of solitude, and is said to preside over the deaths of kings.

Cassiel is also known as the angel who fell in love with mankind; or rather, the Righteous Man.

While this was interesting enough, what I happened to locate on the mythology section caught my eye even more and made me much more willing to change Cassiel.

 In Jewish mysticism and Mesopotamian mythology, Cassiel is associated with the planet Saturn and the direction north. He is the controller of the moon,the karma and time. ^[2]</p>

In the magical text Berit Menuchah, Cassiel is associated with Kefitzat Haderech, the ability to travel quickly through space. Magic spells using his name are cast to create destruction, to scatter crowds, to cause a person to wander aimlessly, or to fall from a position of power.^[3]

Ancient Hebrew amulets bearing his name are used to drive away one's enemies. The words on the charm are written with the blood of a bird and then tied to the foot of a dove. The dove is then set to flight, taking one's enemy with it. Should the bird refuse to fly, it is a sign that one's enemies won't depart either.

Hence, when I went to change Sailor Cassiel, I found myself both distancing myself as far from canon Sailor Saturn as possible, but also capitalizing on his many connections. Hence, when I turned to pinterest, I found myself walking into military regalia for him and not minding it.

And, no, this is not meant to really resemble any IRL military gear.
